Design Process Overview
At our Leicester based plant, we undertake your entire project, saving you the time and effort that would otherwise be involved in organising individual companies to design product, create tooling, manufacture product and distribute finished goods. Less than 5% of UK plastics convertors can offer this complete service.
Design & Concept
Our highly experienced and award winning team use state of the art software to produce 2D & 3D designs, leading to the next stage in the process.
Prototyping & Modelling
Prototyping proves the design is fit for purpose and our in-house facilities produce a very high standard of hand made prototypes. For a design which is more complex we will recommend alternative methods of prototyping which include SLA & FDM modelling.
Project Management
Once the design is finalised your product is managed by one of our project managers who is fully conversant with each stage of the process. On more complex projects each stage is monitored by the use of critical path software from which you are kept fully appraised of your project's progress.
Machine Tooling
Our highly skilled tool engineers produce world class tools in either aluminium or steel depending upon the complexity of the component. The same team also ensure your tool is fully maintained for future use.
Production
We are proud of our moulding facilities which include press capabilities ranging up to 600T. In addition to our general moulding environment we also offer hygiene cell manufacturing for products that will be in direct contact with food or beverages.
Decoration
The standard of decoration achieved at Invicta is one of the highest in the industry and includes:
- In-Press® photographic quality in-mould decoration
- Direct screen print
- Tampo printing
- Hot foil stamping
Assembly
Where appropriate high speed automated assembly is utilised. In addition to this we have a dedicated hands on team who are highly skilled in the assembly of intricate components thus ensuring the quality of finished goods are of the highest standard. Finished components are then packed to your specification, ready for distribution.

We are experienced in distribution both in the UK and overseas, currently exporting to 44 countries. We deliver the right product to the right place at the right time.
